A C-130H from the 130th Airlift Wing, West Virginia Air National Guard, Charleston, W.Va., arrives in Houston, Texas, with patients from the New Orleans airport, La., on Sept. 1, 2005, in the wake of Hurricane Katrina. These patients were transported during the middle of the night to go to medical facilities in Texas.
