My name is Andrew. And my grandmother has been for years telling me stories about this town called "Richwood". I've always thought it was this old ghost town. But O Boy was I wrong! And as I showed my grandmother your website she remember she was in the news paper in Richwood. The clipping came out of the "Nicholas County News leader" and the date was May,25 1949! My Grandmothers name is Virginia Lee Friend. Well its short for Peggy. But now she is 74 and still lives in Greentown Ohio as the article states and has been married to her husband Richard DeLong for more than 50 years! She had 2 children named Douglas and Sharon who are now adults. And has 4 grandchildren! I'm one of them. The article talks about how she left Richwood with her family to settle down in Greentown,Ohio and how she graduated there and were her family lived Richwood. I think it was Hinkle mountain?
