Hi, Please check the attached scans. I think I got this in the mid 1970's at the old soda shop but I think the card is older than that. I lived in WV. From the mid '70's till the late '80's Thanks Brad miller Floyd, Va.
This postcard is literally priceless for the old timer and I'll take a guess and say late 50's/early 60's. In the late 1920's, or early 1930's they move the Dew Drop Inn building from Riverside Drive, uptown and rebuilt as the Rainbow Grill. You can see the old Rainbow Grill in the postcard, a memory for Richwood High School teenagers of the thirties, forties, Fifties, Sixties and seventies. The Rainbow Grill has long since closed and it had been demolished. I lived at Riverside Drive which was near the city park… I had a great time playing at the city park and going to the swimming pool in 60‘s. I don’t see the park or the public swimming pool in this postcard so the 50's and early 60's. I see the Citizens Bank & Trust on the post card, where the whiskey store was located in the 60's.
