These Richwood pictures were taken sometime in the early 1900's
When Richwood was rapidly becoming a boom town with the Cherry River Pulp & Paper Mill,Dodge
clothes pin factory,tannery and Cherry River Boom and Lumber with headquarters in Richwood.They
first logged Cherry River, then Cranberry River, and came up Williams River,it was full of virgin timber
like the big hemlock. Richwood definite boom-town in the early 1900's.
