Back when they had what called The Spud and Splinter Festival here in Richwood. During these festivals they would have tours of the factories. The pin factory gave this one to my mother when she went through. She says she thinks it would have been about 1938. It's a little girls necklace with painted clothespins. The pins areabout 2 1/4 long.
