Hello, My name is Judy Landis and my parents lived in Richwood many years ago and I was browsing through your site and came upon a 1930s photo of The Spud and Splinter Festival taken in the late 1930s with a Southern W.Va. Beagle sign displayed. This photo was submitted by: Marlene Hanna Bennett from the Badgett Family Collection. You had asked for anyone to identify any of the people in the picture as no one was identified. The handsome man in the plaid shirt holding a rifle is my father, Fred C. Bostic. Thank you so much for the site. I enjoyed it very much.
